Ashtanga Yoga Online Classes

Course information

Introduction to ashtanga yoga 3weeks online study program from 5th to 24th May.

In these 3 weeks we will build stamina, stability and self practice routine. We will learn the standing sequence of primary series, finishing sequence, breathing, methods to build focus through the asana practice, lifestyle and diet changes which supports us on this journey. 

 

Aim of this course is to make you familiar with the traditional practice of Ashtanga yoga system. 

 

This course is suitable for,

*Beginners or 

*someone who has well established hatha yoga practice or 

*someone who has practiced the primary series of Ashtanga yoga before but have lost touch from daily practice and can’t remember the sequence well. 

 

Timings are below,

*Morning: Mon Wed Fri: 6.30am or 11.30am 

 

*Evening: Tue Thu Sun: 6.30pm

*Timings in IST

*Class duration 60mins

*All classes on Zoom.

*Flexible class timings

*Recordings will be provided.

 

Course fees: Rs.4500 or 75USD

Regular Classes:

These are our monthly ongoing Mysore style classes for those who are well familiar with the proper sequence of at least half primary series. 

 Class Schedule in IST: 

Self Paced Classes on:

Tuesdays and Thursdays at 6am, 7am, 8am, 9am, 11.30am, 12.30pm, 4pm or 5pm. 

Guided LED primary classes on:

Sundays at 7am-8.30am or 4.30pm-6pm
