
Practice Ashtanga Yoga with us online
We offer ongoing ashtanga yoga classes for those who wish to deepen their existing practice. Aim of this class is to develop a daily practice routine while building your asana sequence slowly to experience the benefits of this traditional method.
To be eligible for these classes, you must be familiar with at least the standing sequence of ashtanga primary series.
Monthly Class Timings:
Sundays: Mysore style
7am to 9am and 4pm to 6pm
Tuesdays & Thursdays: Mysore style
6am to 11am and 4pm to 8pm
Wednesdays: Mysore style
11.30am to 1pm
Saturdays: LED Primary series
7am and 4pm
*Above timings are in IST
*You can attend anytime for 60 minutes or more depending on the length of your existing practice
