Practice Ashtanga Yoga with us online 

Our Monthly Classes:

We offer ongoing ashtanga yoga classes for those who wish to deepen their existing practice. Aim of this class is to develop a daily practice routine while building your asana sequence slowly to experience the benefits of this traditional method. 

To be eligible for these classes, you must be familiar with at least the standing sequence of ashtanga primary series. 

Monthly Class Timings:​

Mysore style:
Sundays, Tuesdays & Thursdays: 

6am to 1pm & 4pm to 8pm India time

LED Full primary series on Saturdays: 
7am to 8.30am & 6pm to 7.30pm India time.

*Class timings are flexible

*You can attend anytime for 60 minutes or more depending on the length of your existing practice

*All classes are taught on zoom by Sandeep and Sonal
