Introduction to Ashtanga Yoga 

Course information

Introduction to ashtanga yoga 3weeks online study program from 7th to 27th July 2024.

In these 3 weeks we will build stamina, stability and self practice routine. We will learn the standing sequence of primary series, finishing sequence, breathing, methods to build focus through the asana practice, lifestyle and diet changes which supports us on this journey. 


Aim of this course is to make you familiar with the traditional practice of Ashtanga yoga system. 


This course is suitable for,

*Beginners or 

*someone who has well established hatha yoga practice or 

*someone who has practiced the primary series of Ashtanga yoga before but have lost touch from daily practice and can’t remember the sequence well. 


Timings are below,

*Morning: Mon Wed Fri: 6.30am or 11.30am 


*Evening: Tue Thu Sun: 6.30pm

*Timings in IST

*Class duration 60mins

*All classes on Zoom.

*Flexible class timings

*Recordings will be provided.


Course fees: Rs.4500 or 75USD

Ashtanga LED guided classes

These are guided full primary classes for those who are well familiar with the sequence but need a community to practice along. One must be already practising at least the half primary series of Ashtanga yoga to be part of this class. 


Timings: Tuesday Thursday Sunday
at 4.30pm to 5.45pm IST

Starting from 1st August 2024

Aim of this class is to build stamina, strength and flexibility required to maintain this practice.

Monthly fees: Rs.3500 or 50USD

Regular Classes:

These classes are for practitioners who are very well familiar with atleast half primary series and can do a self paced practice without instructions. 

 Class Schedule in IST: 

Self Paced Classes on:

Tuesdays and Thursdays in between 6am-10am or 11.30am-1.30pm or 4pm-6pm 

Guided LED primary classes on:

Sundays at 7am-8.30am or 4.30pm-6pm
